Bed and Breakfast (B&B) Accommodation
We created our bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation at Stanhope, for those who prefer a relaxing break in open countryside with a quiet and comfortable nights sleep, yet conveniently located to:
- the centre of Stanhope (1.4 miles),
- local amenities, with a 15 minute walk to the nearest pub in Stanhope,
- the Coast to Coast (C2C) Cycle Route,
- walking, cycling and exploring things to do in and around Stanhope and the Durham Dales.
All five B&B rooms are en-suite and located in a barn conversion detached from our house providing guests with their own privacy and freedom to come and go as they please.
- Twin, Double and Triple rooms.
- We can accommodate up to 13 persons.
- Room 5 - Twin Room with walk-in shower and level access.
- Room 1 - Four poster bed.
- All B&B rooms include a TV, sofa or chairs, tea/coffee making facilities.
- Continental Breakfast.
- No children under 14 years. No pets.

Set in extensive tree lined grounds at the western end of Stanhope, we take pride in providing quality bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation in a peaceful location with beautiful panoramic views overlooking Stanhope and the Durham Dales.
We also provide self catering accommodation for 2-4 persons at our Holiday Cottage
Free fishing at our B&B's small carp pond. 4 pegs, with covered sitting area.

Coast to Coast (C2C) Cycle Route - secure cycle store and washing facilities.

It' easy to find our B&B from the Coast to Coast Cycle Route. We are located at the first left turn upon entering Stanhope from Rookhope.
