- B&B's total capacity 13 persons.
- All rooms are en-suite and include a TV, sofa or chairs, tea/coffee making facilities.

Continental Breakfast
Our self-service Continental Breakfast comprises:
- choice of Cereals - normally Cornflakes, Special K, Weetabix, Alpen and Honey Nut Crunch.
- Yogurt.
- Fruit - normally grapefruit and fresh bananas.
- Toasted Bread, Sliced Fruit Bread, Croissants.
- Waffles.
- Orange Juice/Coffee/Tea/Fruit Tea.
B&B's Terms and Conditions
- A room may be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of £10 per per person per night with a minimum of £20 per room per night. The balance is payable upon arrival.
- Rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- £30.00 early check-in from 9:00 a.m. by prior arrangement subject to availability.
- No children under 14 yrs. No Pets
- Payments can be made by cheque, or credit/debit card/bank transfers via PayPal.
- PayPal's transacton fee is added to PayPal payments.
